SUPER SANDWICH layers ;)
From bottom up...
1. Sprouted Bread (toasted best!) 2. Horseradish mustard 3. Minced Garlic (optional!) 4. Avocado Slices 5. Broccoli Sprouts 6. Napa Cabbage (or white cabbage, then shred so it is convenient to bite!) 7. Wild Alaskan Smoked Salmon, about 1 oz or so, just a bit (maximum 2 oz) 8. Broccoli Sprouts again 9. Lemon juice, freshly squeezed 10. White Chia Seeds
