NO GUILT PANCAKES!!!

This is BANANA CHOCOLATE CHIP PANCAKES!

(I have VARIATION No 3 per RECIPE BELOW shown on my picture)

VARIATION 1:

PLANE THIN PANCAKES INGREDIENTS -Eggs -Bananas

PROPORTION:

For 1 Banana you need two eggs, If you use two bananas, then use 4 eggs, and so on.

1 BANANA=2 EGGS.

HOW TO:

1) Place bananas and eggs into food processor, blend together. If no food processor, simply smash bananas as much as u can with the help of a fork and mix eggs. 2) Heat the skillet or pancake pan on medium heat and place pancake batter on the skillet. I use 12-14" skillet and fit about 7-10 small pancakes at once. Use 1 tbsp measurement spoon for one pancake. Or use regular tablespoon. . VARIATION 2: THICKER PANCAKES -Banana - Eggs - Bananas - Coconut Flour - Baking powder (optional)

HOW TO: Same instructions as to Variation 1 just add a bit of Coconut Flour to make batter thicker, it will be easier to turn but you still have to be very careful not to tear a pancake apart while turning; coconut flour can be tricky to cook with... Use very thin spatula and turn with the help of fork if needed as well.

TIP: The smaller the pancake the easier it is to turn ;). Thus, I make it very cute and tiny!

VARIATION 3: CHOCOLATE CHIP PANCAKES . Use same instructions as Variation 2 above and add some dark chocolate mini chips. I used "Enjoy Life" brand that are dairy, nut, and soy free and has clean ingredients. However, if you want to use just one single ingredient chocolate chips, stick to "PASHA ORGANIC" dark chocolate baking chips that are made with 100% unsweetened cacao! They are also free of peanuts & any nuts, wheat & gluten free, dairy & egg free, and free of soy as well (just amazing!).
