1 Large or medium ripe avocado (8-10 oz)
1 Large lemon (juice from it, about 4 tablespoons)
2 Cloves fresh peeled garlic

¼ small onion (or use ½ tsp onion powder)
½ Tsp Black Pepper (optional)
4 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
1/6 Tsp Turmeric Spice (optional)
OPTIONS FOR SERVING:
Blue Potato Chips
Flackers
Some green onions
Vegetables: as cucumbers, carrots, celery
Horseradish
HOW TO:
In the bowl of a food processor fitted with a still blade, puree all ingredients above until evenly blended. Taste and add additional salt or pepper, if needed. Serve with suggested options to serve as celery sticks, carrots, cucumber, better alternative chips, crackers or flackers! My picture features FLACKERS!!! I also love horseradish served on a side being mixed with humus on flackers! Let me know if you try this recipe!
