WEIGHT LOSS SNACK IN MINUTES!

1. Two Small Organic Cooked Beets by "Love Beets" brand (it comes already cooked!)
2. One Handful Watercress
3. One Handful Frozen Blueberries
4. Turmeric Spice , a small pinch
5. Fresh Lemon juice, optional
Place watercress on the bottom of the plate. Slice beets in wedges and place on top. Top beets with more watercress and add frozen blueberries. Squeeze some lemon juice after. Then sprinkle one tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and only then add some turmeric spice to get that beautiful looking dish! Serve while blueberries are still frozen and taste delicious, like small sorbet ;).
