Energy drinks could be damaging our kids; the way they behave and the way they feel Overconsumption on caffeine could be fatal, too... Caffeine is everywhere these days and we know energy "cool" teen drinks are loaded with it, too! Besides, caffeine, they are loaded with tons of "chemicals" and dyes that can be cancer triggers. There is nothing better than water to hydrate!
PLEASE be mindful about caffeine intake and especially caffeinated products given to children. It is toxic to young body...
EDUCATE YOUR TEENS to not rely on energy drinks but stick to just water! Cold water with ice gives as much alertness as energy drink!
SET EXAMPLE FOR YOUR KIDS AND TEENS BY ELIMINATING AND AVOIDING ENERGY DRINKS AND SODAS.
