Diastasis Recti Abdominis (DRA) or abdominal separation after pregnancy, if not dealt with, can cause posture and breathing problems, abdominal pain, and loss of core strength and function. These issues can, in turn, impair trunk and pelvic stability, making the lumbar spine (lower back) and pelvis more vulnerable to injury. This session can help you recover separated muscles much faster with proven exercise and breathing techniques. Many women end up with back pain due to not knowing how to restore it proper way. If you believe you have abdominal separation or would like to strengthen your deep core, this session is for you. You will learn corrective home basic exercises and breathing techniques to be able to work on your own.
